The article talks about 6 yoga poses you can do at your desk and they are not embarrassing to do. I thought this was really cool because I enjoy doing yoga and stretching is important while your studying and sitting for long periods of time. They include shoulder rolls, open chest stretch, neck stretch, chair twist, reverse prayer pose, and twisted arms.
