When the person comes to rape her, he realizes it isn't her. In fact, it is Bhima and he kills him. The Queen forgives her, but the people want to burn Draupadi. Bhima rescues her. The brothers get into a battle and are victorious. they reveal themselves to the King. The King then gets to decide how he handles the brother; whether or not they are to go into exile or not. Then there is a larger battle and Arjuna wounds Bhisma so that he lays there and dies. Ganga causes the battle to cease for a short period until the solstice. Bhima kills Duhshasana and drinks his blood. Duryodhana agrees to single combat duel with Bhima who ends up killing him. Uttara gives birth to a child, Parikshit, who carries on the family name. Yudhishthira becomes the kind and rules for many years. Krishna has survived but his people are cursed. They end up becoming drunk with wine and killing each other. Yudhishthira decides it is time for them to leave and he takes him, his brothers, and Draupadi away from this world followed by their hunting dog. They return the Gandiva bow to Varuna, but some of the brother and Draupadi fall off the Himalayan as they are climbing because of their sins. Yudhishthira cannot abandon his dog and he is eventually taken into heaven. Finally, as they are all united in heaven, they are free from the inequities. Therefore, they all greet one another and love one another. The Bharata's are finally reunited.
